VEGETABLES WHICH CONTROL SUGAR IN BLOOD:
Instead of using more pills we can control sugar level in the blood by taking following fruits and vegetables. Daily in your diet you have to take bitter gourd, tomato,fenugreek, naval fruit and fibre content fruits and vegetables . Neem leaves is the best medicine for sugar patients.
TOMATO:
Diabetics can have tomato juice with salt and pepper early in the morning with empty stomach.
BITTER GOURD:
It reduces the sugarlevel in the blood. It contains fibre. You can take it as fry or kuzyambu.
FENUGREEK:
Take fenugreek water with empty stomach. It will reduce the sugar level in the blood otherwise you can take fenugreek with butter milk(soak fenugreek in butter milk for 1 hour) or you can make powder of it and add it in hot water. It will gives you good result.
FRUITS:
You can eat papaya,orange,berry fruit and goa fruits which is having less sugar. It will reduce the sugar level in blood.
NEEM LEAF:
.You can have neem leaf juice 5 days a week. It gives very good result for dibetic patients.

If you follow the above food intake your sugar level in blood will be controlled.
