HOME REMEDY CABBAGE

CABBAGE:







IDEAL FOR WEIGHT LOSS:

It is the best vegetable for weight loss.  It is low in fat and high in fiber and vitamin K, C, sulphur. The high content of vitamin C and sulphur in cabbage removes toxins.  Cabbage is cinsidered to be an excellent home remedy for obesity.   Substituting a meal with cabbage salad once a day is an excellent way to reduce weight.

PREVENTS CANCER:  Cabbage prevents breast cancer.  You must add cabbage daily in your diet. You can eat raw cabbage once in a week.

CABBAGE PREVENTS HEADACHE:

Crush cabbage leaves, cover with a cloth and apply on the forehead to clear headache.  A warm compress made with cabbage leaves can help relieve the pain of headache.

PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME:

Cabbage reduces lower abdominal pain by placing the  cabbage leaves on the tummy.

FOR JOINT PAIN:

Raw cabbage is one of the best vegetables you can take to ease inflammation of the joints.
