HOME REMEDY FOR MOUTH ULCER



REMEDY FOR MOUTH ULCER:    

HONEY:  Honey is the best solution for mouth ulcer.  Applying honey on the spot is a good remedy .  Take turmeric powder and honey, make it a paste and apply on the affected area.  The ulcer will disappear in few days.

TULASI (BASIL):  Take few leaves of tulasi and wash it and chew it slowly.  The juice of tulasi should spread in your ulcer spot. It will disappear immediately.  If you eat few leaves daily it will prevent mouth ulcer.

COCONUT:  Coconut is another remedy for mouth ulcer.  If you take raw coconut milk it gives more benefits.  Tender coconut water is one of the best remedy for mouth ulcer.  You can also apply  fresh coconut oil on the mouth ulcer it gives you good result.

POPPY SEEDS:  Poppy seeds is the another source of home remedy for mouth ulcer.  It reduces the heat in our body and protects from mouth ulcer.  It makes our body cool and reduces the occuring of mouth ulcer.

SUGAR CONTROLLING VEGETABLES


VEGETABLES WHICH CONTROL SUGAR IN BLOOD:          

Instead of using more pills we can control sugar level in the blood by taking following fruits and vegetables.  Daily in your diet you have to take bitter gourd, tomato,fenugreek, naval fruit and fibre content fruits and vegetables .  Neem leaves is the best medicine for sugar patients.

TOMATO:

Diabetics can have tomato juice with salt and pepper early in the morning with empty stomach.

BITTER GOURD:

It reduces the sugarlevel in the blood.  It contains fibre.  You can take it as fry or kuzyambu.

FENUGREEK:

Take fenugreek water with empty stomach.  It will reduce the sugar level in the blood otherwise you can take fenugreek with butter milk(soak fenugreek in butter milk for 1 hour) or you can make powder of it and add it in hot water.  It will gives you good result.


FRUITS:

You can eat papaya,orange,berry fruit and goa fruits which is having less sugar.  It will reduce the sugar level  in blood.

NEEM LEAF:
