While dandruff can be a rather embarrassing and confidence-lowering condition, it isn’t very serious in most cases.
COCONUT OIL :
Simply wash your hair with shampoo and let your hair dry completely. Do not use a conditioner.
- Apply the coconut oil directly to your scalp and leave it undisturbed for a few minutes.
- Wash your hair thoroughly with water.
Coconut oil penetrates deep into the epidermis and works from within. It
contains fatty acids which have regeneration properties
that can help treat dandruff.
TEA TREE OIL :
Take a little amount of your shampoo in a cup, and to this, add a few drops of tea tree oil.
Mix well and rub the shampoo into your scalp. Let it stay as it is for about 5 minutes, after which you can rinse it out.
Tea tree oil has excellent anti-inflammatory properties and a higher
rate of dermal penetration, which makes it one of the best remedies for
dandruff.
CURD :
Treating dandruff at home with curd is a little messy but very
effective. Method for using curd as a home remedy for dandruff is given
below:
Apply some curd to your hair and scalp. Let it sit tight for about an hour.
Rinse it off with a shampoo that’s mild.
