HOME REMEDIES FOR DARK CIRCLES

Many people have dark circles under the eye.  Lack of sleep is the one of the most important  reason for it.


COLD WATER :

Cold water works really well to constrict the blood vessels under the eyes. This will help to reduce dark circles and eye puffiness. Take a soft cloth and soak it in cold water for a few minutes.

You can also use cold milk in the place of cold water. Place it directly on your eye lids, for 5 to 7 minutes. You can also choose to wrap ice cubes in a towel and place it on your eye lids.

Repeat the same process three to four times everyday for a few weeks.

TOMATO :

Grind or smash tomato until you obtain a thick paste.  Apply the paste under your eyes and leave it for 5 minutes and rinse it off with cold water. Another alternative is place a slice of tomato  under your dark circles for 5 minutes and massage it for few minutes.  It gives you good result.

ALMOND OIL:

Almond oil contains anti-oxidants that keep skin healthy.
As a natural emollient, almond oil balances the skin’s water content, preventing dryness.
It helps to lighten the dark spots and removes the dark veins appearance to clear dark circles

How to apply almond oil?

  • Wash your face with cold water and pat dry with soft towel.
  • Apply a few drops of almond oil around the eyes night time before going to bed.
  • Massage gently in circular motion for few minutes.
  • Leave on overnight.
  • Rinse with normal water in the morning.
  • Do it regularly to get good result,

  • Apply regularly to reduce dark circles.
