HOME REMEDIES FOR THIN HAIR

Hair thinning is normal and plenty of men and women experience it because of issues like stress, lack of nutrition, unhealthy diet, chemically infused hair products or lack of nutrition and even something as trivial as keeping the hair too tight can determine it to be thin.

COCONUT OIL :

Coconut oil contains ingredients that naturally condition your hair and also promote growth.
It is rich in essential minerals and fat, iron and potassium that prevent hair breakage.
Massage warm coconut oil on your scalp and head to treat hair loss quickly.
It is very easy to adopt.

HENNA LEAVES :

Henna leaves have been used for centuries to improve the health of the hair.
Henna seals the hair cuticle that, in turn, strengthens the shaft at the root of the hair.
It also imparts a natural color to your hair and gives it a soft texture.
Grind fresh henna leaves with water to form a paste and apply it on the hair, avoiding the scalp. Leave it on for three hours and wash properly afterwards.

Massage your scalp with a nutritional oil like egg oil or almond/mustard/coconut/jojoba oil.
It is said that massaging your scalp can stimulate hair growth by increasing circulation around your hair follicles.
Start making a habit of massaging your scalp while you're in the shower.
Place the pads of your fingers on your scalp and rub your scalp in a circular motion.
Start near your forehead and make your way along the sides and back of your head, concentrating in areas that are thinning.

Egg Whites

Eggs are rich in protein, sulphur, iron, zinc, and selenium – all of which our bodies need for the production of hair.
Extra virgin olive oil is a great natural moisturizer high in Vitamin E traditionally used for all-around skin health.
One egg white mixed vigorously with one teaspoon of olive oil creates a great natural scalp treatment that can help to reduce hair-loss by nourishing the scalp, as well as increasing blood flow and oxygen supply to hair follicles.
