Drink of water (1.5 litter) in the early morning with empty stomach is called water therapy.  Water is the most important source  to cool  our body and make our body and mind active.  Those who drink water remain active through out the day.  You have to take five tumblers  of water early morning regularly.

Water is best source to reduce blood pressure.
Through out the day you will be active if you drink regularly.
