OBESITY


Obesity or overweight is a common health issue nowadays.

Not only adults but even children are affected by this phenomenon.

Obesity   leads to  many health complications.

Hence we should take care of our body weight to be fit and active.


How to keep your body fit and healthy?  








                                 

Tips to reduce obesity:

Follow a healthy eating plan. Make healthy food choices.

Keep your calorie needs and your family's calorie needs in mind.

Focus on the balance of energy IN and energy OUT.

Avoid deep fried items and fatty foods.

Exercise regularly for 30 minutes.



Go for  walk in the morning/evening for 45 minutes.

Avoid JUNK FOODS.

Do YOGA or  MEDITATION  daily.

Drink plenty of Water.

Physical activity is very very important to reduce obesity.

Reduce watching T.V.or playing video games.
